- Must be 21 years old to work at
Sheriff's Department
- Must be 18 years old to work at
the Correctional Center
- Must have high school diploma or
GED
- Must not have felony record, some
misdemeanor convictions may disqualify
- Must have a valid LA driver's
license
- Must be in good physical
condition
- Must be able to pass a physical
and drug test
